A verbal discussion, website inquiry, preliminary estimate, or marketing advertisement does not create a binding construction agreement.
Final project pricing, scope of work, payment terms, exclusions, and other project-specific conditions will be governed by the written contract or proposal executed between City Kitchen & Bath and the customer.
Project Timelines
Any timelines, estimated start dates, or estimated completion dates provided through the Site or during preliminary communications are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Natural stone, quartz, tile, wood, cabinetry, flooring, and other materials may contain variations in color, veining, grain, texture, pattern, or shade.
Final selections should be confirmed through physical samples, manufacturer information, or written specifications whenever practical.
